You set your workplace location once and choose an allowed distance — for example 150 metres. When an employee marks attendance, StaffSure checks where they are. If they are outside that circle, the attendance is not recorded and they are told exactly how far away they are.
It is very difficult. Every punch needs a live selfie taken at that moment, a GPS location inside your zone, and the time comes from our server rather than the employee's phone. You also receive the photo on Telegram immediately, so you can see with your own eyes who marked attendance.
StaffSure is very light and works on ordinary mobile data. Photos are compressed before they are sent. If a punch does not go through, the employee simply taps again — attendance is only recorded when it succeeds, so you never get duplicate entries.
No. There is no hardware to buy, install, repair or replace. StaffSure runs on the smartphones your staff already carry, which is also why it works just as well for staff who move between locations.
Yes. StaffSure opens in any modern browser on Android and iPhone. Staff can add it to their home screen, after which it opens full-screen with its own icon, exactly like a normal app — with nothing to download.
Yes, and this matters more than owners expect. If someone forgets to check out, they send a correction request with the real times and a reason. You see what the system recorded next to what they are claiming, then approve or decline in one tap. Nothing is ever silently overwritten — corrections stay marked as corrections.
Each business's data is completely separate and reachable only by that business. Attendance photos are private and never publicly accessible, and they are automatically deleted from the server after 24 hours — your Telegram group keeps the permanent copy. Your database is backed up every night.
Yes. Each location is set up as its own organization with its own staff, timings, workplace zone and Telegram group. Managing several branches under a single login is planned for a future release — tell us if you need it and it moves up the list.
You set your weekly off days and add festival holidays to a calendar. On those days nobody is marked absent, no absence alerts are sent, and your reports do not count them against anyone. Staff who do come in are still recorded normally.
